At Perfume Network India, we strive to ensure your fragrance journey is seamless; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. Due to hygiene standards, used or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, providing your order ID and clear photos of the unopened product.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; our experts will then inspect the item to ensure the original seal and packaging remain intact.
- 3.Approval Notification
After the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved based on the product's condition.
- 4.Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or issued as store credit for your next fragrance purchase.
